Gaurav Jhaveri

Gaurav Jhaveri has over 20 years of executive experience in both the energy and renewable energy industry and has a background in sales, operations, and strategy. He is currently the Director of Sales for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, and he was part of the start-up team to set up the service business for Siemens Wind, which has now grown into a multi-billion-dollar business. Gaurav moved to Houston in 2014; since then, he has been involved with various non-profit organizations. He is the Jt. Treasurer of Indian American Political Action Committee (IAPAC) & active Board Member of India Culture Center (ICC) & Indian Music Society of Houston (IMS). He has been nominated to serve on the Fort Bend County Community Engagement Committee. Originally from Mumbai India, he received his BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Pune and MS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. He resides in Sugarland with his wife, Jigisha, two kids & and dog Gobi
