Randhir Sahni

Randhir Sahni is a recently retired founder and president of Llewelyn-Davies Sahni, an Architecture, Planning & Urban Design firm in business since 1980. Randhir has led teams on small & large scale, multi-use developments throughout Texas, the United States and overseas. He has worked on projects with a value of over $6.5 Billion over the last 43 years. As an RIA with the Securities Board, he has offered Investment Advisory services to numerous clients since 1997. His company Sahni, Inc, Inc. offers its services with one purpose: to preserve and increase the wealth of the clients with minimum tax burden. He passed his Series 7, 63 & 65 in 1997 to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the State Securities Board and manages assets for clients all over the US and overseas. He has 2 advanced degrees in Architecture/ Planning / Urban Design from Kansas State & Rice Universities. Over 30-years ago Sahni along with Rao Ratanala and Jagat Kandar he started IAPAC with the goal in mind; to create opportunities for people of Indian origin by increasing awareness of our elected officials, business as well as other community leaders of the presence and capabilities of Indian community in the greater Houston area.
